IRSA offers two fully furnished hostels for trainee officers. The old hostel has 28 rooms for STP trainees and the new hostel has 25 rooms for in-service participants. Both provide air conditioning, hot and cold water, laundry facilities, and 24/7 security.
A comprehensive collection of tax law books, journals, and digital resources available to all trainees and faculty. The library includes a quiet study area, group working spaces, and trained librarians to assist with research and assignments.
The academy mess serves hygienic, well balanced meals on a set daily schedule with separate dining areas for trainees and faculty. Professional cooks manage a varied menu to cater to diverse dietary needs, with tea and snacks available at designated times throughout the day.
A full range of recreational and fitness facilities including a gymnasium, swimming pool, tennis court, and indoor game rooms for badminton, table tennis, and billiards. The complex operates on a flexible schedule so trainees can stay active around their training commitments.
The academy maintains a dedicated fleet for trainee officers covering both city commutes and out of city trips. Two coasters and two hi-roofs are available for country study tours, industry visits, and field trips across Pakistan.
A modern, spacious auditorium equipped with state of the art sound and lighting systems, two large projection screens, and comfortable seating. Used for guest lectures, mess nights, graduation ceremonies, and official presentations throughout the year.
A fully equipped computer lab with high performance machines, fast internet connectivity, and a wide range of software applications. Knowledgeable technicians are on hand to assist trainees with technical issues during lab hours.
IRSA's newly planted orchard features mango, orange, pear, and peach trees across a landscaped green space. A peaceful outdoor area for walks, relaxation, and group activities away from the classroom.
Alongside formal training, IRSA organises sports tournaments, debates, quiz competitions, music evenings, and field trips throughout the academic calendar. These activities are designed to build teamwork, leadership, and lasting bonds between officers from across Pakistan.
